That leads us to the next point. Urgency plus excitement equals success. If we don’t have excitement about the opportunity we are offering, then we cannot expect to get excitement in return. People want to be excited, they really do. By showing your passion and commitment people will become convinced about your dedication and the urgency of the opportunity will set in.

Finally, get the opportunity out of your head and into your heart. Get involved with the company, go to the events, and build relationships. You have an opportunity in front of you that has changed lives, and built people into leaders.
