We have all seen the ads like I’ve been scammed 37 times, Don’t get scammed, Avoid being Scammed and How not to be scammed.

It is good to see people attempting to do some fundamental research. You can see the phrases being searched for by checking the online search engines. They are phrases such as scammed, you’ve been scammed, many scammed times, avoid getting scammed and don’t get scammed.

In most cases what is happening is that people with the same web sites are using these keywords to attract people to their site in hopes that they can convince them that their site is better than all the other sites on the web. There is nothing wrong with that except some of the bad sites are doing the same thing.

In many of the articles I’ve written, research is the key in my opinion. No one can foresee the future, but with research you can give yourself a chance for success.

Don’t think you can join the first program that you see and expect to be successful. You will either have to find a website like mine, but not necessarily mine, that has done some research or spend hours doing the research yourself.

There is a flip side to this scam thing. Many times people will see the ads, join a program, expecting not do any work and be paid a lot of dollars.

It’s simple if you are not prepared to do any work at home, then don’t bother joining, because chances are you are not going to be happy or make any money. The folks that join under these circumstances typically end up quitting and calling the program a scam and move on to lose some money somewhere else.

Many times programs are labeled scams when its either someone wanting to get paid for doing nothing or it’s simply not a good fit for that person. That’s why I like the money back guarantee programs, because this minimizes this problem. Sometimes when a company gives the person the refund, it does not help, because the person goes around on forums posting that they have been scammed anyway.

The problem with this is many viable programs get scammed and lumped in with the bad programs that are out there. You need to either do the research or use a website that has done it already to have a chance for success.

You can find many good work at home programs whether they are in areas such as Online Paid Surveys, Data Entry, Type at Home, Mystery Shopping, Home Based Businesses or Moms Jobs. Just make sure you check them out thoroughly and be willing to put forth the effort to ensure your success.

If you are online and reading this article you more than likely have the skill sets and equipment necessary to work from home. It is not required, but I recommend setting up a separate email address for you work at home correspondence.

With some research, discipline, patience and good fortune you will be on your way to making a nice income while sitting in the comfort of your home.
